First off, novels don't have tones. They may use tones in certain areas, but you can't just take a book and say it's "happy". Although, you could say it has happy diction. But, if you did that, then Mr. Herrold would have to rip your head off.
Also, why does she think the bloody apartments even matter? Aah, let's just not touch that one.
